1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy explains how ZHIKANG MA, the operator of Capyku (“we”, “us”), handles information in Capyku: Queens Logic Puzzle for iPhone and iPad, on this support website and when you contact us.

For privacy questions or requests, email capykuapp@outlook.com. This policy describes the iOS and iPadOS version; it does not describe any separately released Android version.

2. Your game data stays in app-managed local storage

Capyku stores the information needed to run and resume your game on your device. This includes puzzle progress and checkpoints, tutorial completion, language and settings, daily challenge records, tool balances, selected keepsake styles, completed puzzle cards and purchase-delivery records used to avoid granting the same transaction twice.

Capyku does not upload your game saves or keepsake album to a developer-operated server. There is no Capyku account or developer-operated cloud-sync service. Depending on your settings, the operating system or device backup provider may include app data in backups. Those backups are managed by that provider.

The app does not include advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs, does not access an advertising identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites.

3. Optional in-app purchases

Apple processes optional consumable purchases through the App Store. The app receives product and transaction information needed to check the purchase, deliver the tools and handle unfinished transactions. iOS purchases are verified on the device using Apple’s StoreKit. We do not send this verification information to a developer-operated verification server.

The local game save retains tool balances and transaction-derived delivery records to prevent duplicate fulfillment. Capyku does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. Apple may separately provide the developer with reports through its developer services; these are governed by Apple’s terms and are not player-account profiles created by Capyku.

Apple handles its payment, account and platform information under the Apple Privacy Policy. Apple’s transaction records are separate from your local Capyku save.

4. Sharing cards and photo permissions

When you choose to share a keepsake, the app creates an image in a local temporary cache and opens the system share sheet. You choose whether to save it or send it to another app or person. Capyku does not automatically upload the image to us.

The iOS version declares permission to add images to Photos for the system’s Save Image action. Capyku does not request permission to read your photo library and does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access.

Images handed to the system can remain in the temporary cache until iOS clears them or the app is removed. Images you save or send are handled separately by Photos, the selected app or the recipient and are subject to their settings and policies.

5. Information you choose to send to support

If you email capykuapp@outlook.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a message, device or app version, screenshots or limited purchase details. We use this information to answer your request, investigate the reported issue and manage related follow-up.

The in-app Feedback action opens your email app. It does not send email automatically or automatically attach game saves, receipts or diagnostic files. The Copy action only copies our public support address to your clipboard; it does not read your clipboard.

Our support mailbox is provided by Microsoft Outlook. Your email provider and Microsoft process messages to deliver and store them under their own terms, including the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Avoid sending passwords, complete payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Visiting this website

This is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. We have not added advertising, analytics trackers, contact forms or cookies to its page code. Fonts and artwork are served with the site rather than loaded from third-party font or image services.

Hosting still requires technical processing. Cloudflare may process visitors’ IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect this website. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for its handling of website and service data.

If you follow an external link or open an email link, that service processes information according to its own policy.

7. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Support correspondence is handled by us and the email services needed to receive, store and reply to it. Apple handles App Store transactions, and Cloudflare delivers this website as described above.

We may disclose information where necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid legal request, protect rights or safety, or investigate misuse. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their applicable terms and privacy protections.

8. Retention and deletion

Local game data: retained while the app’s data remains on your device. Deleting the app and its data removes its local files, but may also permanently remove your progress, album and remaining consumables. Offloading an app is different from deleting its data. Copies held in device backups are controlled by your backup settings and provider.

Shared images: copies in Photos, other apps or recipients’ systems must be managed there. Removing Capyku does not remove those copies.

Support messages: kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, follow up on the issue and meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to delete correspondence we hold; information that must be kept for a legal obligation or dispute may be retained for that purpose.

Platform records: Apple, Microsoft and Cloudflare manage records and technical logs under their own retention policies. We cannot delete Apple’s purchase records or access and erase game saves from your device remotely.

9. Your choices and rights

You can play without creating an account, decline optional purchases and choose whether to share a card or contact support. You can manage app permissions and backup settings on your device. There is no Capyku account to close.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information we hold, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Send a request to capykuapp@outlook.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.

10. Children’s privacy

The game does not ask players to submit their name, age or contact details to play. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to our support mailbox, please contact capykuapp@outlook.com so we can review and address it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, website or our practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest update. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
